Job Sharing Opportunities
We know times are pretty tough out there right now, and firms are making difficult decisions regarding staffing.
You don't want to lose a valuable employee, but you only have enough work to keep him or her busy for 20 hours/week?
Consider a job sharing agreement with another firm that may be in the same boat. That way both firms meet their staffing needs and the employee stays gainfully employed full-time.
