I am completing my Master's of Architecture soon, and I am wondering what a reasonable salary would be for a recent graduate in an architecture firm. Specifically in US, although I would be interested to know the rates in other countries as well.

Not sure if you're comparing the Masters with the Bachelors...but from what I've seen there's isn't a significant salary difference in a Bach or Mast graduate. Some companies like to encourage a mast and pay a couple grand more each year. Typically as an Intern you are looking at $35-40K - entry level.

Alas, with the dip in the economy, you may have to settle for less, especially up front. My firm is not currently hiring, and if we were, we would first focus on tapping to glut of experienced architects. Project managers are in demand to solve difficult problems with minimal cost, which takes experience. Unfortunately, many of our projects don't even involve real architectural design, but rather careful coordination of engineers and contractors, and insightful analysis of existing facilities. Clients are trying to do more with less.
Therefore, grads may only hope for about $30K, if they can find anything at all. A part-time position may be beneficial, because your foot will be in the door when the projects finally do ramp up. Keep in mind that parallel jobs also look good on a resume, so working for a contractor, or any trade in the construction community, provides beneficial experience. Even working in a Home Depot will keep you in the industry, especially if you work in design or installation. Try to also find a niche for yourself. Building Information Modeling is a rapidly expanding field, as is green/LEED design. Young architects are a crucial resource in making these transitions. Think about also specializing in IT management, interior design, construction administration/management, facilities management, graphic design, marketing, web/software development, specification writing, 3D modeling, or even business. These will only make you more valuable, and give you opportunities. Good luck and hang in there!
