THE ASSOCIATES COMMITTEE
With a focus on associate members, the Associates Committee is determined to provide and develop leadership for its associate members. Constantly looking for new ideas, points of interest, and additional sources of information, the committee is motivated by associates and professional members to develop interns and associates.

ASSOCIATE SUB-COMMITTEES
AIAS Committee:
• develop relationships with AIAS members
• invite AIAS members to join the AIA as Associate members upon graduation
• encourage joint functions between the Associate AIA and AIAS members
ARE Seminars Committee:
• organize ARE review seminars
• assist professionals in preparing for the ARE review seminars
• publicize the seminars to the Associate Members and Local Architectural Community, ie. Flyers, telephone
ARE Workstation Committee:
• host Saturday Study Hall
• market the workstation to the Associate Members and Local Architectural Community
• provide and update resource(s) for the workstation
Associate Meetings Committee:
• organizes one month’s Associate Meeting at their Firm
• assist their Firm in preparing for the meeting
• publicize meeting to Associate Members, i.e. Flyers, telephone
• decide on meeting topic
• provides snacks/appetizers
Associates’ Web and Technology Committee:
• steering committee for ongoing review of content, ongoing promotion of the web site and future growth of website
• those interested in graphics, copy, desktop publishing and technology are welcome
